If you want to take a break for a while, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily closed for 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, apply for self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months to 5 years or permanently. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
agw99 believes gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn a living. Keep these principles in mind when you play.
Set a Budget
Only play with an amount you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Do not treat gambling as a source of income.
Balanced Lifestyle
Maintain a healthy balance between family, work, health, and leisure. Gambling should never become the centre of your life.
Manage Your Emotions
Never bet when you are angry, sad, or under stress. Play with a clear head and a healthy state of mind.
Respect Time Limits
Decide on a time limit in advance and stick to it. Avoid long sessions and take regular breaks.
Safe Financial Transaction Management
An important part of responsible financial management at agw99 is staying aware of deposit and withdrawal limits. Our minimum deposit is set at ৳500 so users can start with a small amount and gradually understand their budget.
